MIXED-USE
The project is located near to the centre of Greenwich and features balconies and penthouse terraces with views of the Cutty Sark. Taking a planning consent developed by others, F3 worked with the client team, Greenwich council, consultant team and contractor to deliver eight homes to the highest environmental standards including super-insulated building fabric, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery and photovoltaic panels on the green roof. The shimmering glazed tiles to the bar facade recall faience tiles common in London pubs and is a reference to the former Lord Hood pub which occupied the site prior to redevelopment.
