NDP Hotel & Residential Tower

The Northumberland Development Project (NDP) Hotel & Residential Tower was granted Planning Approval in December 2023 and is located immediately south-west of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

As a new landmark to the area, the building aims to draw more people and activity into the area. A welcoming, public facing architectural and landscape response will deliver year-round activation of the ground and podium levels, incorporating opportunity for the appreciation of local creative arts interventions.

The building consists of a series of ‘blade fragments’, composed of a series of crisp vertical ‘planar blades’ and lower ‘folded blades’, with the tower’s form accentuating the slender and dynamic reading of the building. Its spire like top, crisp mid-section, and human scale building base treatment, anchor its landmark character to the adjacent Stadium, Tottenham Experience, and historic High Road Buildings.
