Printworks

Originally developed as a mixed-use residential and commercial scheme, including a boutique cinema, the Printworks development has evolved and will now provide purpose-built student accommodation with 282 bedrooms and new commercial spaces.

The scheme looks to preserve and adapt the Grade II Listed buildings at 819-821 High Road, and the locally listed 823-827 buildings, while the remainder of the site will deliver a new high quality urban block. The Design Officer at the London Borough of Haringey commented that the Printworks was 'exemplary in every way' and it was unanimously approved at committee.
