The Clubhouse

Located in the heart of Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground, ‘The Clubhouse’ strikes a contrast from the existing elite sport facility building, and instead invokes a language sensitive to its stunning natural surroundings and green belt, conservation area setting.

Completed in mid-2023, The Clubhouse now provides our client with a highly sustainable, leading media and content creation facility, which includes a range of high-spec, acoustically isolated film and recording studios, smart-stage, control room and editing gallery, as well as flexible new office, meeting, and collaboration spaces for the client staff team.

F3 were responsible for the design and delivery of the architecture and interior design, engaging closely with client and wider consultant/construction teams to deliver a complex project brief. Within the curved timber-clad and living-wall façade, The Clubhouse successfully knits together the stringent technical requirements of the studio spaces with the physical parameters of the site, whilst maintaining focus on achieving the highest sustainability credentials.
