F3 have completed two hospitality refurbishment projects at Newbury Racecourse following a successful competitive bid in 2020. Completed in 2023, the Hennessy Restaurant takes its namesake from the Gold Cup that took place at Newbury for many years, and is the highest tier of hospitality at the racecourse. The brief was to elevate the 765 sqm restaurant with a refreshed look and feel, taking inspiration from the rich heritage of the Gold Cup, while elevating the premium race-day guest experience.
The revised layout was designed to combat ‘venue fatigue’ through offering guests different experiences within the restaurant. Whether taking a window table for two with unrivalled views of the finishing post, or a sociable semi-enclosed booth, the revised offer provides something for everyone.
