Completed in August 2023, The Terrace View provided Villa’s first GA+ space, offering a new and improved matchday experience for 950+ fans in the heart of the iconic Holte End stand. This unique experience provides extended access to the Holte End and exclusive outdoor terrace pre, during and post-match.
This newly invigorated dual-aspect space - previously an unloved and underutilised GA concourse - houses a feature bar and street food kitchen, self-pour taps and HD screens showing live games and highlights. F3 delivered the 950 sqm project to a challenging programme - 8 months from inception to completion - and a tight budget, without compromising the end quality or fan experience.
The Terrace View won the award for ‘Best Concourse Activation’ at The Stadium Business Design & Development Awards 2023.
