F3 achieved Planning Consent for 144 new homes, including 29 affordable homes, of between one and four bedrooms with access to outdoor space in the London Borough of Haringey, along with retail and employment space. The scheme comprises four pavilion buildings in parkland-style landscaped communal gardens on a challenging sloping site, previously considered unviable. Enhanced pedestrian and cycle connectivity will improve the safety of current and future residents.
