Planning for Goods Yard and The Depot, submitted on behalf of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and affording views of the iconic THFC stadium, was granted in October 2022. The scheme will see the creation of a new benchmark high quality neighbourhood with public urban spaces, incorporating the locally listed Station Master’s House and nearby Grade II Listed “Grange” building. It will deliver three new landmark residential tall buildings, including one 32 storey, a new high quality north/south residential street connecting the station to The Depot site, and a total of 867 new energy efficient homes.
The new neighbourhood will also include F&B offerings across approximately 21,800 sq ft of new commercial space connecting to a fantastic public square, green spaces and play areas.
